In areas without same-day courier service, orders are shipped through our partner carriers.
Once prepared, your order is handed to the carrier and tracking information is sent to you.

What to Check on Delivery

Return Terms
Eligible products purchased from Petkatalog may be returned within 15 days of delivery.
The product being returned must:
- Be unused,
- Be suitable for resale,
- Have undamaged original packaging,
- Include all accessories, where applicable,
- Be identifiable through its invoice or order details
These requirements apply to the returned product.
How to Return a Product
Follow these steps to make a return.

4. Hand it to the carrier.

Non-Returnable Products
Returns may not be accepted in the following cases.
