Depending on the selected delivery method, the order may be delivered through Petkatalog's express courier network, a third-party carrier/shipping company or collection from a store.
If a shorter delivery period has been promised, that period applies to the relevant order. Where no commitment has been made, the maximum delivery periods prescribed by the applicable legislation apply.
6. Stock and Impossibility of Performance
Petkatalog applies the necessary system and operational controls to keep product stock information up to date.
A product merely being out of stock does not, in itself, constitute impossibility of performance in the legal sense.
If fulfilment of the order genuinely becomes legally or factually impossible, the consumer is informed in accordance with the legislation and any amounts collected are refunded within the statutory period.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Except for the statutory exceptions, in sales of goods the consumer may withdraw from the agreement within 15 days of the date on which the consumer or a designated third party receives the product, without giving any reason or paying a contractual penalty.
The consumer may also exercise the right of withdrawal before the product is delivered.
Notice of withdrawal may be submitted through the following channels:

- Other durable-medium methods provided on the Platform.

If the consumer uses the carrier specified in the pre-contractual information, return transport costs that must not be charged to the consumer under the applicable legislation will not be charged to the consumer.
9. Refunds
Where the right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the legislation, refunds due to the consumer are made within the applicable statutory period and without imposing additional costs on the consumer.
Where possible, refunds are made to the payment instrument used for the purchase. The time taken by banks or payment institutions to credit a refund to the account may be outside Petkatalog's direct control.
10. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is unavailable only where the conditions of an exception under the applicable distance contracts legislation are met in the particular case.
The following products may fall within an exception where its conditions are met:
- Products prepared to the consumer's specifications or personal needs,
- Products liable to deteriorate rapidly,
- Products whose expiry date may pass quickly,
- Products whose protective packaging, tape, seal or wrapping has been opened after delivery and which are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.
The mere opening of a pet product or pet food package does not automatically remove the right of withdrawal for all pet products.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal are assessed for each product, taking into account its specific nature and the statutory conditions.
11. Rights Relating to Defective Goods
Independently of the right of withdrawal, the consumer's choice of remedies for defective goods under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the applicable legislation is reserved.
Claims concerning missing, damaged, spoiled, expiry-related or incorrectly supplied products are assessed independently of the right of withdrawal.
12. Invoice
The invoice for the order is issued in accordance with the applicable legislation and delivered or made accessible to the consumer in physical or electronic form.
13. Dispute Resolution
Consumers may apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committees within the applicable annual monetary thresholds.
The applicable provisions on mandatory pre-litigation mediation apply to disputes that must be heard by consumer courts.
The consumer's statutory rights concerning territorial jurisdiction are reserved.
14. Confirmation of Pre-Contractual Information
Before completing the order, the consumer electronically confirms access to the Pre-Contractual Information Form and Distance Sales Agreement, the products ordered, the total price, delivery charges and the fact that confirming the order entails an obligation to pay.
